Troubleshoot Common Issues Logging In to LiveSchool

If you're having trouble signing in to your LiveSchool account, here are some simple steps for how to quickly address those issues.


Step 1

Click the "Forgot Password" link

Note: even if you typically sign in with a Clever account, using the Fogot Password link will still allow you to access your account outside. This is a helpful workaround if Clever is offline.


Step 2

Enter your email address and click "Send Email"

If you see a  “We can't find that account..." message, your email is not currently connected to a LiveSchool accounts. Please ensure there are no typos in your email address, or have your LiveSchool admin add you.


Step 3

Check your email and click the link in the "Reset Your Password" email from LiveSchool

Note that this email will come from support@liveschoolinc.com. If you don't see this email, please check your Spam folder. Note that this link expires after a few hours.

Step 4

Create a new password

Create a new password. You'll automatically be taken into LiveSchool.

If the steps above don't help you resolve your log in issues, please do the following:

  • Reach out to your school's LiveSchool admin, who can check your account and even reset your password for you.
  • Reach out to LiveSchool support at support@liveschoolinc.com.
